What are the active ingredients?
Each formula of PediaCare has a different active ingredient. For Children’s and Infant’s Acetaminophen, it’s Acetaminophen. It’s Ibuprofen in Children’s Ibuprofen. For Children’s Cough & Cold, it has two: Dextromethorphan and Guaifenesin while Children’s Cough & Congestion contains Brompheniramine Maleate, Dextromethorphan and Phenylephrine.
